Claire qualified as a solicitor in February 2011 and joined Hartley & Worstenholme in 2016. Claire deals with all aspects of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. Claire is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having completed the STEP Diploma in Will Preparation – England and Wales. Claire’s marks in the STEP Advance Certificate in Will Preparation exam earned her the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation Student of the Year Award in 2014. Claire is also a fully accredited member of the Society for the Elderly (SFE) which means she is able to act for elderly clients with a deeper and sensitive understanding of the particular challenges that face people in their later years.here.
