David has vast experience in all areas of family law, specialising in financial issues arising from divorce and separation, having developed a substantial and loyal following in the local community.

A graduate of Bristol University, Oliver trained at a firm in Chester and then worked in Leeds before joining this firm. Oliver specialises in Employment Law, Commercial and Civil Litigation dealing with a range of disputes.

Claire became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) in 2006. She specialises in all aspects of matrimonial and family law including care proceedings.

Claire has worked in law now for some 13 years and is a former member of the Mental Health Review accreditation scheme run by the Law Society. Claire has previously been instructed by the Official Solicitor to represent clients who lack the capacity to give instructions.

Claire has recently moved to work at Hartley & Worstenholme Solicitors after working in Leeds for a number of years.

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and joined Hartley & Worstenholme in 2008. She specialises in private client work and deals with preparation of wills, probate and the administration of estates, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
Sarah has a particular interest in classical music - listening and playing. She also enjoys wine tasting and watching foreign films.

Donald leads the Litigation team and has over thirty years experience specialising in Personal Injury and all aspects of Civil Litigation.

Practicing in property law since 2001 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, Victoria has extensive expertise in a wide range of property transactions. Victoria is experienced in residential property including sales & purchases (freehold & leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build transactions (for developer or buyer), equity release, the drafting of complex legal documents and other miscellaneous property matters. Victoria also has experience in agricultural and commercial property.

Victoria specialises in shared ownership leases and is on the panel of solicitors recommended by a local Housing Association. Customer relations are extremely important to Victoria who prides herself on delivering an efficient and personal service. She is highly regarded for her dedication to each and every job in hand and is widely acknowledged for surpassing expectations. Victoria's approachability has allowed her to form strong and long lasting relationships many clients and agents.

Mandy started working for the Firm in 1993 and is a Member of ILEX, the Institute of Legal Executives. She will qualify as a Fellow of ILEX in 2011. Mandy specialises in divorce together with matters relating to children, including cases where children are taken into care. Mandy also deals with cohabitation disputes and issues of domestic violence.

Josephine is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 15 years experience specialising in all aspects of private client work and also deals with residential property transactions linked to private client matters.

Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been with the firm since 2002. Paul specialises in Civil Litigation, ranging from Landlord and Tenant to Personal Injury and Debt Collection.

Anna specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, financial issues, children matters and domestic violence cases.

With over 25 years of experience Barbara works in our residential property department but also deals with Wills and Probate matters.
