The Department
We are an experienced team providing specialist litigation advice in all aspects of disputes covering a wide range of matters from straightforward debt recovery to complex litigation and everything in between such as personal injury and employment cases.
We settle cases by agreement, negotiation, mediation, arbitration or dispute resolution before proceeding through the Court system. The major providers of legal expense insurance regularly instruct us although, as a firm, we are not tied to any particular panel. Accordingly, the advice we provide is independent, honest and impartial.
